The Company with its Registered Office at Ahmedabad, commenced its operations as a Direct Insurance Broker in the year 2003. Our IRDAI Reg. No. is 183. We started our activities with a clear objective of setting a tradition of true dedication to the cause of service to insuring public by rendering value added, professionally competent and technical services.

He has worked in a major public sector general insurance company for 33 years in various capacities. He has very successfully handled the insurance portfolio of big corporates in Gujarat. He is the Promoter Director of the Company and plays a pivotal role as Managing Director of the Company.

Mr. K. Govindan B.A., LL.B, AIII.
He has wide range of experience serving a major Public Sector General Insurance Company for over 30 years in various positions. He is an insurance professional with vast knowledge and a special aptitude and interest for imparting insurance education. He has authored many articles on insurance. He is a Promoter Director of the Company and is looking after the affairs of the Company as CEO & Principal Officer.

Ms. Aesha A. Shah B.Sc.(Electronics), FIII.
She has about 15 years’ experience handling general insurance portfolio of big corporates. She is technically competent and has a special skill in building and maintaining business relation. She is one of the Directors on the Board of the Company.

Ms. Swapna Baiju B.Com, LL.M., FIII.
She has worked in Private Life Insurance Company for about 15 years in various capacities. She is a technically competent insurance professional who plays very important role as Sr. Vice President of the Company.
